The ALS09 is a single use tactical diversionary device reload that, when used in conjunction with the ALS4140
reloadable body or ALS09NR body, produces 174 dB at 5 feet, and emits 2-6 million candelas. In addition to
the light and sound, the ALS09 produces a significant pressure wave that adds to the disorienting physiological
effects. It is recommended that the operator attend an ALS Less-Lethal Training Class prior to use of these
devices.
