ALS5727CS: Long Range Launchable CS (37/40MM). The ALS5727CS is a 37/40mm round that launches a pyrotechnic submunition that is designed to deliver irritant smoke out to 150 yards. When launched, the submunition will discharge for approximately 20-30 seconds providing a wide area of coverage for crowd control and dispersal purposes. It is recommended that the operator attend an ALS Less-Lethal Training Class prior to use of these rounds.
