ALSDDTS-4140 Hand Deployed Diversionary Device Training System (1 UN Blue 4140 Body, 5 M201T Training Fuzes).
The ALSDDTS-4140 is a Diversionary Device Training System that provides a realistic training tool for the
deployment of operational diversionary devices. When the 4140 body is loaded with an ALSM201T, the device
can produce 160 dB at 5 feet. In addition to the light and sound, the ALSDDTS-4140, with reload, produces a
minor pressure wave that simulates the disorienting physiological effects. It is recommended that the operator
attend an ALS Less-Lethal Training Class prior to use of these devices.
