ALSOCRF Aerosols Top Cop OC Refill (Fills MK46 Once or MK21 Twice).
The ALSOCRF is a non-flammable OC irritant formulation designed for law enforcement officers to rapidly gain
control of non-compliant subjects. The ALSOCRF formulation consists of Oleoresin Capsicum mixed with water,
a combination of propylene glycol and specially denatured alcohol. Oleoresin Capsicum is designed to target
normal respiratory function and vision in individuals that have been sprayed. The formulation is nonflammable
and the propellant non-ozone depleting.
The OC agent is delivered using the ALS46HE High Pressure Aerosol Dispenser. Top Cop OC Spray is designed
to cause disorientation through a tearing and burning sensation in the eyes, coughing, and extreme burning
sensation to exposed skin surfaces. It is recommended that the operator attend an ALS Less-Lethal Training
Class prior to use of these devices
